Privacy policy

Your privacy is a trust we take seriously. This page explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.

What data do we collect? Order data (name, phone number, delivery address and email) to process and deliver your order; basic browsing data such as the pages you visit to improve the store; and your email if you subscribe to the newsletter, used only for offers and new arrivals.

How do we use your data? Only to run the store: processing and delivering orders, answering your questions, and improving your experience. We never sell your data to any third party.

Who do we share data with? Orders are processed securely through Shopify, and delivery details are shared with the courier only as needed to deliver your order. We don't store payment details — payment is cash on delivery.

Your rights: You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time, and unsubscribe from the newsletter. Email us at info@misty.ps and we'll act on it promptly.
