Using the Misty store means you agree to the following terms — written in clear, simple language.

Orders & pricing: All prices are in shekels (₪) and include tax. If a clear pricing error occurs or an item runs out after you order, we'll contact you immediately to cancel or adjust the order together.

Payment: Currently cash on delivery. Your order is confirmed by message after checkout; no amount is charged before you receive your order.

Shipping & exchanges: Delivery details are on the Shipping page and the full exchange policy on the Returns page — both part of these terms.

Using the site & intellectual property: The content on the site (images, text, logos) belongs to Misty or the respective brands and may not be used commercially without permission. The site may not be used in any way that harms it or its users. We may update these terms from time to time; the version published here always applies.
