Shipping policy

We prepare your order with care and deliver it to your door — quickly, with clear costs from the start.

Delivery time: Orders are prepared within one business day of confirmation and usually arrive within 2–5 business days depending on your area. You'll get a confirmation message when your order is out for delivery.

Shipping cost: Free shipping on all orders over ₪250. For smaller orders, the shipping cost is shown clearly at checkout before you confirm. Cash on delivery is available for all orders.

Receiving your order: We recommend checking the package on delivery. If any product arrives damaged or different from your order, contact us within 48 hours and we'll fix it right away.
