Your comfort matters. If a product doesn't suit you, you can exchange it within 14 days of delivery under the conditions below.

Exchange policy: Products can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. For health reasons related to the nature of beauty products, we offer exchanges only (not refunds), except when a product arrives damaged or wrong. The product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase (order number or invoice). Final-sale items are excluded unless they arrive damaged.

Damaged or wrong product? If you receive a damaged product or one different from your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement at no extra cost.
